Francis Amendola is a graduate of Colgate University and the New York State University of Buffalo School of Law.  He also holds a Masters Degree in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina. 

His practice of law concentrates in representation of clients in the Criminal Courts of Western New York as well as Environmental Law.  Criminal practice is a demanding area of the law where the financial well-being and even the liberty of the client may be at stake in the case.  Mr. Amendola has a wealth of experience in obtaining favorable results for his clients. His experience extends to the civil courts as well, both State and Federal courts, where he and Mr. Berger have represented citizen environmental groups in major cases in both State and Federal Courts.  

He is a staff counsel at the University of Buffalo Student Legal Services office.  Mr. Amendola is a respected author of scholarly articles for WESTLAW, one of the leading legal research companies in America.  Attorneys everywhere rely upon his carefully crafted discourses on the law.
